Greenville county: Greenville Co Animal Care will spay or neuter community cats at no cost to citizens of Greenville County. As part of the Community Cats program, cats will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and ear-tipped. Then you will return the cat to the location or vicinity of origin. If you do not have access to a trap and the cat meets the qualifications of the program, you can call (864) 467-3950 to make an appointment.

Spartanburg county: Citizens will call Spartanburg County Animal Control Division at (864) 596-3582 to alert them of feral cats needing TNR. Animal Control officers will take a trap out to the location; once a feral cat is caught, they will be transported to Animal Allies for surgery. While at Animal Allies, they will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated and ear tipped. After, the cat will be returned to the location it was picked up from.
